在電(dian)池產能過剩、補貼退坡、嚴控成本(ben)等重壓之(zhi)下的電(dian)池企業(ye),該如何應對當(dang)下局(ju)面(mian)呢?在4月17日的上海車展(zhan)上,深圳市比克動力電(dian)池有限公司(si)副(fu)總裁李鳳(feng)梅(mei)在展(zhan)會(hui)現場接受了汽車之(zhi)家(jia)等媒體(ti)采訪,就(jiu)當(dang)下處(chu)于洗牌(pai)期的動力電(dian)池行業(ye)面(mian)臨(lin)的壓力與挑戰(zhan)提出了比克的破局(ju)之(zhi)法(fa)。
比克2019年一季度裝機量排名第五
首(shou)先,雖(sui)然新(xin)(xin)能源補(bu)貼政策持續(xu)調整,作為新(xin)(xin)能源汽車產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈上(shang)游的動(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)池產(chan)業(ye)(ye)壓力(li)陡(dou)升。但重壓之下(xia)鋰電(dian)(dian)行業(ye)(ye)并未呈現出頹勢,動(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)池應用分會研究部(bu)統計數據顯示,2019年3月我(wo)國新(xin)(xin)能源汽車動(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)池裝機(ji)量約(yue)5.09GWh,同比增長146.3%,環比增長126.69%。其中(zhong),三元材(cai)料電(dian)(dian)池再次(ci)證明(ming)了(le)(le)其主流(liu)地位,裝機(ji)量為3.89GWh,占新(xin)(xin)能源汽車市(shi)場份額的76.47%,與去年同期相比增加了(le)(le)六個百分點。
GGII發(fa)布的(de)《動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi)字(zi)段數據庫》統(tong)計數據顯示(shi),2018年我國動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi)裝機(ji)(ji)總(zong)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)約56.98GWh,同比(bi)增長56%。其(qi)中(zhong),在裝機(ji)(ji)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)前十名的(de)榜單中(zhong),比(bi)克電(dian)池(chi)(chi)以1.74GWh的(de)裝機(ji)(ji)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)排名第6位(wei);在2019年的(de)第一季(ji)度(du)動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi)裝機(ji)(ji)總(zong)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)TOP10企業,比(bi)克電(dian)池(chi)(chi)以0.26GWh的(de)裝機(ji)(ji)電(dian)量(liang)(liang)排名第5位(wei)。
雖然比克(ke)電(dian)池的出貨量和(he)裝機量有明顯增(zeng)長(chang),但(dan)其卻和(he)整(zheng)個(ge)產業一樣面臨著盈利下(xia)降的困境。原因除了(le)補貼退坡和(he)市場(chang)競爭日(ri)趨激(ji)烈之外,還在于電(dian)池上(shang)游(you)原材(cai)料上(shang)漲和(he)下(xia)游(you)整(zheng)車企(qi)業要(yao)求降低價格和(he)延長(chang)賬(zhang)期等給電(dian)池企(qi)業造(zao)成(cheng)的壓力。
比克破局之道
作為(wei)在圓柱電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)領域(yu)頗(po)有建(jian)樹的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)克(ke)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),目前(qian)也(ye)開(kai)始了(le)(le)(le)多元(yuan)的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品發展之路,比(bi)(bi)如(ru)在上海車展展出了(le)(le)(le)除(chu)18650、21700圓柱電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)之外的(de)(de)方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。據李(li)鳳梅(mei)透露(lu),目前(qian)比(bi)(bi)克(ke)方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)包括(kuo)48Ah產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品、275Ah產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品以及45Ah混動產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品;同時在深(shen)圳有一條產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量達1GWh的(de)(de)方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中試線(xian)(也(ye)叫樣品線(xian)),同時鄭州也(ye)在規劃方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian),預計今年(nian)第(di)四季度產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)建(jian)設完成,年(nian)底之前(qian)投產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。據了(le)(le)(le)解,比(bi)(bi)克(ke)方形(xing)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)目前(qian)規劃產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能為(wei)2GWh,除(chu)了(le)(le)(le)三元(yuan)外還會生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)磷(lin)酸鐵鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。
可見,即便是(shi)專(zhuan)注且在圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)領域聞名的比(bi)(bi)克電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),目前(qian)也(ye)開始擴(kuo)大產(chan)(chan)品(pin)線,涉獵包(bao)含方形電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在內的其他產(chan)(chan)品(pin)。同(tong)時(shi),李鳳梅(mei)介紹,方形45Ah電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)屬于(yu)高鎳811產(chan)(chan)品(pin),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)屬于(yu)高倍(bei)率產(chan)(chan)品(pin),5C快充技(ji)術能達到12分鐘(zhong)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)80%,能量密度可達200Wh/kg,目前(qian)該產(chan)(chan)品(pin)已(yi)通過一(yi)汽(qi)審(shen)核,同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)在與吉利(li)、奇瑞、長(chang)城(cheng)等企業進行接觸。在本屆上(shang)(shang)海車展(zhan)上(shang)(shang),比(bi)(bi)克也(ye)帶來了18650全線高能圓柱電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯、27100電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯、方形電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)模(mo)組(zu)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)包(bao)等多款動力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產(chan)(chan)品(pin),展(zhan)示其在高鎳811材料體系的領先成果。
此(ci)外(wai),與外(wai)資品(pin)牌(pai)相比(bi)(bi),李(li)鳳(feng)梅表示,雖(sui)然(ran)比(bi)(bi)克的圓柱電池(chi)與松下相比(bi)(bi)仍有成本和能量密(mi)度差距,但其在如(ru)循環壽(shou)命等(deng)方面也具備(bei)優勢。差異化優勢存在,比(bi)(bi)克就有在市場上持續競爭(zheng)的實力。
對(dui)于(yu)應收賬款導致電(dian)池企(qi)業(ye)資金(jin)流不(bu)佳的(de)情(qing)況,李鳳梅表示,這是全行業(ye)面臨的(de)問題,比克的(de)應對(dui)方法首先是通(tong)過(guo)轉型(xing)改善(shan)營收狀況,比如將產品以動力(li)為(wei)主轉變(bian)為(wei)動力(li)、儲(chu)能及輕(qing)型(xing)小(xiao)動力(li)領域;其次則在(zai)于(yu)通(tong)過(guo)與(yu)大廠(chang)家合作(zuo)與(yu)學習,不(bu)斷提升比克的(de)技(ji)術管(guan)理能力(li)和(he)知(zhi)名度。
“轉型(xing)陣痛期(qi)是推動產業高質量發展的(de)必經之路,新補貼(tie)政策的(de)出臺對(dui)鋰電(dian)企(qi)業提(ti)(ti)出了更高的(de)要求,唯有(you)品(pin)質提(ti)(ti)升是鋰電(dian)企(qi)業的(de)破局之法。”李鳳梅(mei)表示。
